Marquis Property Management Inc. was incorporated 2011 and it is presently managing a number of residential portfolios in the greater Toronto area. Our residential portfolios consist of townhouse complexes, mid-rise residential, high-rise residential and commercial units. Marquis Property Management also provides builders budget numbers in new development projects. In Marquis Property Management we believe in delivering professional management to our residents and to all of our trades. Customer service is an integral part in our company vision. At Marquis, we believe in not being reactive, but proactive in handling each and every property we manage. We will ensure competitive pricing by our trades who we maintain on a daily basis are being met as this will allow a stronger and firm control of the Corporation budget.

Joseph Catanzariti, President
Joseph Catanzariti had a passion for property management from a young age. After excelling in his Hotel Restaurant Management studies, he entered the professional world as a Room Service Manager. He then shifted to the construction industry, working as a foreman for a Toronto drywall company for four years. During this time, he managed personnel, materials, schedules, and project deadlines.
Having gained expertise in construction, Joseph transitioned fully to property management. Over the next decade, he successfully oversaw multiple high-rise and conversion condominiums, as well as commercial leases. In 2011, he founded Marquis Property Management Inc. He's a member of the Construction Safety Association of Ontario and holds several certificates, including Institute of Housing Management, Apprenticeship Drywall, Lathing & Acoustics, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and Frame Scaffolding Safety, along with WHIMIS training.
