It is the Marquis philosophy to deliver the pinnacle of service to every property we manage. For us, the key to any successful venture is a combination of hard work, extensive knowledge, and clear and concise communication.Our work ethic is unmatched, and our decades of combined experience have developed the knowledge for managing a wide-variety or properties. We know precisely what is required of property managers and will facilitate those expectations flawlessly. But most importantly, communication is key. When you have an issue you expect that issue to be solved. This is why we enact a 24-hour call-back policy. All standard issues will be addressed within a day, but urgent requests will be attended to immediately. As well, by frequently and intelligibly communicating with our clientele, it ensures all parties involved stay up-to-date on the status of maintenance, upgrades and repairs.Communication is also a two-way street. This is why every six months we do bi-annual reviews with property owners and condo boards to listen to their feedback and make adjustments based on their comments. Property management requires trust and we will do everything to build that trust with our clientele.

Finally, through our own continued education, our team members will be at the cutting-edge of industry developments. We constantly attend seminars, conventions and even post-secondary classes to further enhance our knowledge, and to present your board members with the latest in possible property upgrades.
