Joseph Catanzariti, President

Even from a young age, Joseph Catanzariti had dreams of managing his own properties. He excelled in his post secondary education, graduating with a diploma in Hotel Restaurant Management, and beginning his journey in the professional world as a Room Service Manager.From there, Joseph developed an interest in both the creation and maintenance of buildings. To further progress his managerial aptitude, Joseph transitioned into the construction industry. For four years, he worked as a foreman for a Toronto drywall company, supervising numerous personnel, ordering materials, managing work schedules and ensuring projects met hard deadlines.

After honing his skills in the construction industry, Joseph decided to take the full leap into property management. For the next 10 years, Joseph oversaw several high-rise condominiums and conversion condominiums, and took charge of various commercial leases. After these numerous successes, Joseph took the next step towards his dream, founding Marquis Property Management Inc. in the summer of 2011.Joseph is also a member of the Construction Safety Association of Ontario. Additionally, he has his Institute of Housing Management certificate, Apprenticeship Drywall, Lathing & Acoustics certificate, Ministry of Municipal Affair and Housing certificate, and Frame Scaffolding Safety and WHIMIS training as well.


Benjamin W. Lee, BA, CPA, CGA

Ben Lee is a Certified Professional Accountant and Certified General Accountant, also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University.  He has been serving the condominium industry since 2008, and is experienced in financial reporting, analysis and budgeting.
